Lifelong Learning Account - coming soon
In September 2011, the Lifelong Learning Account will be launched. This is a free personalised online account for adults aged 19 or over that provides clear information and advice on skills, careers and financial support in a single easily accessible location. It will be fully supported by the Next Step careers service and will be accessible through the Next Step website.
It will replace My Next Step and existing customers will be transferred automatically to a Lifelong Learning Account in September.
Providers are encouraged to advise customers to go onto the Next Step website now and register.
